When you open an account we store your first name, last name, email address, phone number, selected country and display preferences. Your password is never stored in readable form and is never visible to operators or shown anywhere in the application.

Account activity — balances, ledger entries, card state, holdings and alerts — is stored so it can be shown back to you. Access is restricted to your own records; operators can review account activity for support purposes, and those reviews and any action taken are written to an audit trail.

Please do not enter financial details or sensitive personal information you are not comfortable sharing. You can request removal of your account at any time through the contact page.
