Balances are issued and adjusted only by authorized operators and can be changed or reset at any time. Transfers require authorization before they settle, and an authorized transfer may still be declined, cancelled or refunded as part of normal environment management.

You agree not to present this platform as a real financial institution, not to attempt to bypass authorization controls, and not to upload unlawful or sensitive content. Accounts that misuse the environment may be restricted, suspended or closed.
